When do we count the 3 hours? Do we start the time when we start thinking about the theme? or only when we actually start working on it?
Does brainstorming and just flat out having the project open count towards the time or does it only count when you are doing something?
Where is the theme going to be announced? Do I have to join a discord channel or will it be on this page?
